•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• • The second issue of Paper & Carriage is out, and it includes the second installment of my story Hums Like A Bee, which is turning into quite an odd story as it goes along.
• Also, the following day, April 5th, one of my first animations will be showing in a screening called Stop & Go in San Francisco at the Electric Works Gallery. Here's the scoop.
• Woodsman Pete now speaks • Take a look at different musings and takes on the idea of a gay utopia over at Noah Berlatsky's forum. I contributed a series of drawings. I recommend browsing through the whole site, and in particular these pieces. • The Finnish anthology Glomp 9 has hit the streets, click here to see pages from the book! It includes a color version of my story The Thing About Madeline. • My films will be showing at the following festivals in the upcoming months: • My animated films are featured on the CineVegas Film Festival website. Also check out shorts by the Zellner Brothers. 09/07/07 • I'll be participating in the group show COMA 14. It'll be Saturday, September 15 from 7pm to 10pm. This is the website of the lovely COMA folks. 09/05/07 • How She Slept At Night will be playing at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on August 16th & 17th. It will accompany a feature called In Search of a Midnight Kiss. I recommend the fest to whoever may find themselves in Scotland these days. 08/07 • How She Slept At Night wins award for Best Narrative Short at Animation Block Party 2007 in New York . 08/07 • My animation 'How She Slept At Night' will be playing in Portland at the Platform International Animation Festival. It'll be playing in the Short Film Competition 4 program, on June 27th. Also, in Portland, I'll have some other animations playing in a screening held at Floating World Comics on June 29th. 06/07 |
